We kindly invite you to the second installment of the Uplink, which will take place from March 6th - 8th 2026 at the University Stuttgart, Germany. We are looking for talks and workshops on topics such as digital rights, hardware, software, networks or any interesting topic. The talks should be 30 or 60 minutes long and be suitable for a tech-loving audience. By default the talk duration includes time for questions. You can decide for yourself how much time you want to allow for this. If you give a workshop we can provide tables for you.

Your submission should include a meaningful title and an informative short description.

By submitting a talk, you agree to the publication of the recording on media.ccc.de under CC-BY-SA 4.0 license, unless you object to the publication. Please note that submissions do not guarantee a ticket. You have to get those seperately.
